Apply serum or facial oil to clean skin. Press and hold power button to turn on device. Select one of the four light modes according to your skin needs. Choose a suitable intensity and gently massage the face in an upward and outward motion until the built-in timer turns the device off. Continue with your usual skincare routine after massage.

How do I turn my SKIN GENIE PRO device on and off?
Press the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on, and press and hold again to turn off the device. After completing a routine for 4 minutes, the device will turn off automatically.
Is the charging point on SKIN GENIE PRO waterproof?
Yes, the charging point is waterproof which means you can use SKIN GENIE PRO in the shower in the cleansing mode. The massage mode can't be used in the shower. Do not use the device in massage mode if it has been submerged in water. SKIN GENIE PRO should be completely dry before activating the massage function. Make sure the device is completely dry before charging and do use it while charging. Once you are done using your device, store it in a dry area. Do not leave the device submerged in water.
How often can I use my SKIN GENIE PRO device?
SKIN GENIE PRO devices are safe and gentle enough to use every day, either morning or night. We recommend using your SKIN GENIE PRO any time your skin needs a deeper cleanse. Massage mode shouldn't be used more than two times per day.
Can SKIN GENIE PRO be used for removing makeup?
All make-up should be removed before doing the cleansing routine with SKIN GENIE PRO device.
How hard should I press when I move my SKIN GENIE PRO?
There is no need to use any pressure when using SKIN GENIE PRO. Gently cleanse your face using circular movements on the cheeks and forehead, gliding up and down the nose.
What kind of facial cleanser can I use?
You can use the cleanser of your preference as long as it does not contain ingredients that can damage the silicone of your device. Please avoid using clay-based, silicone-based or grainy cleansers, exfoliators, or scrubs, as they may damage the device's soft silicone bristles.
Can I use my SKIN GENIE PRO during pregnancy?
The cleansing mode is safe to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, but the microcurrent function is not recommended. Change to purple LED mode to turn off the microcurrent function.
How do I change the LED light modes?
Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. Press the power button again (up to 4 times) to select one of the four LED light modes.
How do I adjust the intensity of the sonic micro-vibrations, heating and microcurrent?
SKIN GENIE PRO is designed with 4 different cleansing and microcurrent intensities for your selection. Press the + and - buttons to adjust the intensity.
Do I need to use IREN Shizen's products with microcurrent?
Yes, it is essential to use our products with the device as the they are specially formulated with conductive ingredients, allowing microcurrent to transfer effectively from the device to your skin.
NOTE: Microcurrent mode is not recommended for inflammed skin and is automatically turned off in purple mode.
How do I clean my SKIN GENIE PRO device?
Always clean SKIN GENIE PRO thoroughly after use. Wash the brush surface with water and soap, then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.
NOTE: Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone.

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you (the Purchaser) have fourteen (14) days to notify IKEDA GROUP of your wish to withdraw from the purchase. This time limit runs from the day on which the order is received.
To initiate a return, please email contact@irenshizen.eu with your order number and a photo of your specific item. When your return is accepted, you will receive instructions about the return shipping process; how and where to send your package. We take about ten business days to process your exchange or refund from our receipt of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Your financial institution may take some time to reflect on the transaction.
After we received your first requesting a return and it has been accepted you must then return the Product(s) in its/their original packaging, at you own cost, within fourteen (14) days at the latest from notification of its decision to return the product, to the following address: IKEDA GROUP, 88 Avenue du Général Leclerc, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France. If the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or rest day, it will be extended to the next working day. For health and safety reasons, and in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, Products that have been opened by the Purchaser after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
If the above-mentioned conditions are met, IKEDA GROUP will refund you for all the sums paid as soon as possible and within a period of fourteen (14) days at the latest from the date on which IKEDA GROUP was informed of your decision to return the product. IKEDA GROUP reserves the right to defer the refund until the Product(s) has been received. The initial delivery charges are included, with the exception of the return charges, which are paid by the Purchaser.
Damages and issues
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or arrived different from your placed order. We will evaluate the issue and resolve them as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns if you enjoyed a clearance sale discount on any of our items or got yourself a gift card. We also do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists.

Refunds
You will be notified once your refund is approved, only after we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s). If approved, you will automatically be refunded in full amount on your original payment method, excluding shipping and taxes incurred. Do allow a few days for your financial institution to reflect the transaction.
Lost / damaged returns
We recommend that you insure your parcels and return the items via registered post. This will ensure you do not risk lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure them.
Subscription Policy
Subscription
IKEDA GROUP offers a monthly, every two months or every three months subscription service. By purchasing a monthly, every two months or every three months subscription, the Subscriber will receive skincare products each monthly, every two months or every three months, until one Party decides to terminate the agreement. By accepting the offer, the Subscriber agrees to a monthly, every two months or every three months (as the case may be) payment of an amount defined at the time of the initial order. As such, the Subscriber will be charged monthly, twenty-five (25) days after the initial Order and then every thirty (30) days after the first debit for Order renewal and every two months or every three months depending on the chosen subscription service. The Subscriber will receive the Product(s) within five (5) to seven (7) business days, during the whole duration of the Subscription. The Subscriber may terminate its Subscription at any time.
By subscribing, the Subscriber acknowledges to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions without reservation, in full knowledge of the facts.
Pursuant to Article L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code, regarding service agreements concluded for a specified period of time with a tacit renewal clause, the Seller shall inform the Customer in writing, by registered letter or dedicated electronic mail, at the earliest three (3) months and at the latest one (1) month before the end of the period authorizing the rejection of renewal, of the possibility of not renewing the agreement concluded with a tacit renewal clause.
Delivered in clear and understandable terms, this information shall mention, in an apparent box, the deadline for non-renewal.
If this information has not been communicated, the Consumer may terminate the agreement free of charge, at any time from the date of renewal. Advances paid after the last renewal date, or in the case of open-ended contracts, after the date of conversion of the initial fixed-term contract, shall in this case be repaid within thirty (30) days of the date of termination, after deduction of the sums corresponding, until the date of termination, to the performance of the agreement. Provisions under this Article shall be without prejudice to those making some contracts legally subject to special rules concerning consumer information. Pursuant to Article L 215-3 of the French Consumer Code, provisions of this chapter are also not applicable to contracts concluded between professionals and non- professionals.
Pursuant to Article L. 241-3 of the French Consumer Code, if the professional has not reimbursed under the conditions provided for in Article L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code, the sums due shall bear interest at the legal rate.
Information enabling the Subscriber to identify itself, such as username and password, is personal and confidential. This information may only be modified at the Subscriber’s or the Company’s initiative, in particular if the password is forgotten. The Subscriber is solely responsible for the use of its information details. The Subscriber shall keep them secret. In under any circumstances may the Company be liable for any disclosure made by the Subscriber. Any Order placed by the Subscriber’s username and password is deemed to have been placed by the Subscriber. The Seller’s liability shall not be retained in any event whatsoever for any damages caused by the disclosure of such personal and confidential information by the Subscriber and therefore using such information by a third party. In any event, the Company’s liability shall also not be retained for any damages of any kind whatsoever, in particular as a result of the use of the subscribed services, whether it is an attack on reputation, image or loss of data that may occur as a result of the use of the services offered by the Company.
Unsubscribe
The Subscriber may at any time terminate its Subscription via the section “My Account” on the Site. If the termination occurs after the monthly direct payment, the Order is deemed to have been concluded for the concerned month. The Subscriber may not demand the cancellation of this Order on the grounds of the termination request. Unsubscription will be considered for the following month.
If a Client benefiting from a Subscription at a lower price due to its accumulated seniority should unsubscribe, this privilege will be lost, and any new subscription shall be purchased at the rate in force on that date.
